The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi hosted the 45th Annual Conference of the Council of Boards of School Education in India (COBSE) from 03rd to 05th November 2016 at Hotel Hindustan International, Kolkata.
The Conference was inaugurated by Dr. Partha Chatterjee, Education Minister and the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs of the Government of West Bengal and was attended by Chairpersons, Secretaries, officials of State, National and International Boards as well as representatives of COBSE.
